Toronto Arab Film Festival, May 26-29 2022
Toronto Arab Film (TAF) is a non-for profit organization dedicated to bringing films from, and about the Arab world, to Toronto audiences. TAF began because of a need to fill a void that exists in film programming in Toronto, specifically a lack of films from the Arab regions and a desire to reinstate a tradition of going out of watch films that has been lost.

With a successful turn out for our second annual film festival in May 2022, we championed Arab filmmakers around the world while upholding safety protocols for everyone involved. We are eager to move forward on to our third annual film festival, which will be held on May 26-29, 2022. Given the up-in-the-air nature of our near future, we will be preparing for an in-person festival, with an online contingency. We hope to see you all next year in celebration of Arab films and filmmakers.
Submissions are now open. Requirements: - must have been completed after January 1, 2020 - must be in English, or have English subtitles at the time of submission - accepted formats: shorts, features, documentaries, fiction, experimental Short films will be automatically entered into two competitions:
